The kit is designed for removing bearings, gears, discs, and other components in tight or difficult-to-access spaces, featuring thin pulling hooks suitable for narrow locations. A manual adjustment knurl allows for rapid loosening and adjusting of the extractor jaws on the cross-beam without requiring a wrench, and it can be installed on various pulling hooks with variable reach thanks to the jaw extensions. This extractor is suitable for pulling asymmetric workpieces and includes a spindle head band to prevent the wrench from slipping off, while the cross-beam has a hexagonal profile for a secure grip. Almost all components are available as replacement parts, and a time-saving order process is facilitated by a numbering system. It is recommended to use pressure pads from Series 600-17 in cases where the shaft is hollow and the spindle cannot be supported, with stability support available from an optional Series 219 clamp. The kit comes with thin pulling jaws in various lengths that offer quick-adjusting capability, parallel pulling hooks that can function in every position even under full load, and pulling hooks with infinitely variable adjustment on the cross-beam. The spindle features an optimal adjustment to the shaft with a two-sided spindle tip (ball and tip), a mechanical pressure screw, and a milled thread treated with a special coating. The two-arm design allows for space-saving operation, and the Series 20+ Spread has an internal range of 2 3/4 - 7 1/8 inches with a maximum load capacity of 2.5 tons. The hexagon drive (male) measures 17 mm, the spread used internally is 70 - 180 mm, and the depth options are 100, 200, or 250 mm, with an overall spread of 120 mm.
