The kit is designed for removing ball bearings, roller bearings, inner races, and other tight parts in spaces where pulling hooks cannot be utilized. It ensures ultimate stability during the removal process, as the separator and pulling device are securely screwed together. The kit includes sharp blades for effectively removing flush parts when pulling jaws cannot be applied, with wedge-shaped separator jaws that are positioned securely under the component. Large supporting surfaces safeguard the parts being extracted. It is compatible with Series 18 and follows a step-by-step removal process, ensuring that multiple parts are not removed simultaneously. Proper usage requires the separator blades' supporting surfaces to sit fully beneath the part, and it is advised to avoid using electrical or pneumatic servo screwdrivers or hammer drills. A protective blanket and protective goggles are mandatory when in use. The kit has a depth of 350mm, a diameter of the shaft ranging from 30 to 200mm, a side screw distance of 200mm, a space next to it measuring 7 7/8 inches, a spread that also ranges from 30 to 200mm, and a metric space next to it of 200mm.
