The Kukko internal extractor kit is designed for extracting inner bearings, bearing outer rings, and bushings, and can be effectively combined with counter supports and slide hammers. This kit includes extensions from series 21-V, which enable the extraction of deeper bearings, as well as spare parts for internal extractor sizes 21-89 and 21-90. Its 2-shell design features extra large grasp edges for safe extraction, and it is equipped with an internal safety stop to prevent excess spreading and overloading. The kit operates with a mechanical pressure screw, and it is advised against using electrical or pneumatic servo screwdrivers or hammer drills during operation. Safety measures necessitate the use of a protective blanket and goggles. The effective depth of the extractor is 40mm, with an inner diameter capability for ball bearings ranging from 20 to 30mm. It accommodates various ball bearings including ISO 6004, 6204, 6304, 6404, 6804, 6904, 16004, 61804, 61904, 6005, 6205, 6305, 6405, 6805, 6905, 16005, 61805, 61905, 6006, 6206, 6306, 6406, 16006, 61806, and 61906.
