The Kukko internal extractors are designed for the extraction of inner bearings, bearing outer rings, and bushings. This kit includes internal extractors that can be combined with counter supports and slide hammers. When used with the internal extractors, extensions from series 21-V allow for the extraction of deeper bearings. The extractor features a 2-shell design with extra-large grasp edges for safe extraction, and it is equipped with an internal safety stop to prevent excess spreading and overloading. The mechanical pressure screw is essential for functionality; however, it is critical to avoid using electrical or pneumatic servo screwdrivers or hammer drills during operation. The use of a protective blanket and protective goggles is mandatory. The effective depth of the extractor is 30mm, accommodating an inner diameter of ball bearings ranging from 28mm to 40mm. This extractor is compatible with various ball bearing types, including ISO 6006, 6206, 6306, 6406, 16006, 61806, 61906, 6007, 6207, 6307, 6407, 16007, 61807, 61907, 6008, 6208, 6308, 6408, 16008, 61808, and 61908. The length of the internal extractor measures 101mm.
