The KUKKO internal extractor kit is designed for extracting inner bearings, bearing outer rings, and bushings, and can be combined with counter supports and slide hammers for enhanced functionality. This kit includes extensions from series 21-V to facilitate the extraction of deeper bearings. Spare parts are available for internal extractor sizes 21-89 and 21-90. The internal extractors feature a robust 2-shell design with extra large grasp edges for safe extraction, and are additionally equipped with an internal safety stop to prevent excess spreading and overloading. The mechanical pressure screw should be operated without the use of any electrical or pneumatic servo screwdrivers or hammer drills, and it is necessary to use a protective blanket and goggles during operation. The extractors comply with ball bearing specifications ISO 6007, 6207, 6307, 6407, 16007, 61807, 61907, 6008, 6208, 6308, 6408, 16008, 61808, 61908, 6009, 6209, 6309, 6409, 16009, 61809, 61909. The effective depth of the extractor is 50 mm, the length of the internal extractor is 113 mm, and it is suitable for inner diameters of ball bearings ranging from 35 mm to 46 mm.
