This extraction kit is designed for removing tight ball pins during the dismantling of ball joints and track-rod ends on medium-sized heavy goods vehicles, buses, and construction vehicles. It requires minimal force for robust pulling performance, with a piston that operates on the axis without rotating in the hydraulic spindle. The spindle head band is engineered to prevent slippage, and nearly all components can be ordered as replacement parts through a time-saving numbering system. The kit features grease hydraulics, a simple adjustment mechanism for clamping depths supported by a spring, and both hydraulic and mechanical pressure screws. It incorporates a milled thread treated with a special coating and is constructed from sturdy, alloyed, hardened, and tempered steel with a galvanized finish. Users must observe the maximum torque of 25 Nm and avoid using electrical or pneumatic servo screwdrivers or hammer drills. A protective blanket and goggles are required during operation. The opening range is 70 mm for ball-joint sizes of 40 mm, with a mouth height minimum of 3 - 22 mm and a fork opening of 31 mm. Additionally, the mouth height for ball-joint sizes of 35 mm ranges from a minimum of 1/8 to 7/8 inch.
