The kit is designed for extracting particularly tight ball pins during the dismantling of ball joints and track-rod ends on track rods for medium-sized heavy goods vehicles, buses, and construction vehicles. It requires little force for strong pulling performance, as the piston functions on the axis without turning in the hydraulic spindle. The spindle head band prevents the wrench from slipping off, and almost all components are available as replacement parts, facilitated by a time-saving order process thanks to a numbering system. The hydraulics are greased, and the kit features a simple adjustment mechanism for clamping depths through a spring mechanism, along with a hydraulic and mechanical pressure screw. The milled thread is treated with a special coating, and all components are made from sturdy, alloyed, hardened, and tempered steel that is galvanized. Users must observe the maximum torque and refrain from using electrical or pneumatic servo screwdrivers or hammer drills; protective blankets and goggles are required for safety. The mouth height is adjustable between a minimum of 4.5 mm and 28 mm (or 3/16 inch to 3/4 inch), with a fork opening of 40 mm for ball-joint sizes of 50 mm and an opening range of 85 mm, while the maximum torque is 35 Nm.
