The kit is designed for the removal of ball bearings, roller bearings, inner races, and other tight parts when there is limited space to utilize pulling hooks. It features a quick-clamping pressure spindle that allows the separator jaws to be rapidly and centrally tensioned for ease of use. The separator and pulling device are securely screwed together, ensuring ultimate stability during removal. Replacement parts for almost all components are available, and a numbering system simplifies the order process. The sharp blades of the kit facilitate the removal of flush parts where pulling jaws cannot be applied, while the wedge-shaped separator jaws are positioned beneath the component to be removed, with large supporting surfaces protecting the parts during the process. It is compatible with Series 18 and emphasizes the necessity of following a step-by-step procedure when removing multiple parts. The separator blades' support surfaces must always be fully beneath the item to be extracted. The use of electrical or pneumatic servo screwdrivers or hammer drills is prohibited, and protective gear such as a blanket and goggles is mandatory.
