The Kukko internal extractors are designed for effectively extracting inner bearings, bearing outer rings, and bushings. This kit can be combined with counter supports and slide hammers, and when used with extensions from series 21-V, it enables the extraction of deeper bearings. The kit includes spare parts for internal extractor sizes 21-89 and 21-90, featuring a 2-shell design with extra large grasp edges for safe extraction. Each internal extractor comes equipped with an internal safety stop to prevent excess spreading and overloading, and a mechanical pressure screw is included for effective operation. It is important to note that the use of electrical or pneumatic servo screwdrivers or hammer drills is not permitted, and protective measures such as a protective blanket and goggles are required. The internal extractors are compatible with ball bearings meeting ISO standards including 6020, 6220, 6320, 16020, 61820, 6022, 6222, 6322, 16022, 61822, 6024, 6224, 16024, 61824, 6026, 6226, 61826, 6028, 6228, 61828, 6030, 61830, 6032, 61832, 6034, 61834, 6036, 61838, 6040, and 61840. The effective depth of the extractors is 175 mm, the inner diameter of compatible ball bearings ranges from 100 mm to 200 mm, and the length of the internal extractor is 220 mm.
