The KUKKO internal extractors are designed for extracting inner bearings, bearing outer rings, and bushings. This kit includes internal extractors that can be combined with counter supports and slide hammers for enhanced functionality. Extensions from series 21-V are available to enable the extraction of deeper bearings when used with the internal extractors. The 2-shell design features extra large grasp edges, ensuring a secure extraction process. Each internal extractor is equipped with an internal safety stop to prevent excess spreading and overloading, utilizing a mechanical pressure screw. It is important to avoid using electrical or pneumatic servo screwdrivers or hammer drills during operation, while the use of protective goggles and a protective blanket is required. This kit is compatible with ball bearings ISO 6002, 6202, 6302, 6802, 6902, 16002, 61802, 61902, 6003, 6203, 6303, 6403, 6803, 6903, 16003, 61803, and 61903. The internal extractor measures 72mm in length, with an inner diameter capacity for ball bearings ranging from 14mm to 19mm, and an effective depth of 27mm.
