The kit is designed for extracting ball pins when dismantling ball joints and track-rod ends on passenger cars and light delivery vehicles. It features continuously adjustable clamping widths and includes almost all components available as replacement parts, with a time-saving order process facilitated by a numbering system. The components are constructed from sturdy, alloyed, hardened, and tempered steel with a galvanized finish, while the milled thread is treated with a special coating. It is important to note that the use of electrical or pneumatic servo screwdrivers or hammer drills is not permitted, and protective goggles and a protective blanket are required during operation. The kit can handle a maximum torque of 30 Nm and accommodates ball-joint sizes of 27 mm and 19 mm, with corresponding fork openings of 18 mm and 22 mm. The mouth height ranges from a minimum of 1/16 inch (1.7 mm) to a maximum of 3/4 inch (17.5 mm), and it has an opening range of 50 mm, making it suitable for universal applications.
