The kit is designed for removing bearings, gears, discs, and other components, featuring a manual adjustment knurl that allows rapid loosening and adjusting of the extractor jaws on the cross-beam without the need for a wrench. It can be installed on various pulling hooks, offering variable reach through jaw extensions. The turning pulling hooks can be utilized for both internal and external applications, making it suitable for pulling asymmetric workpieces. Included features are a spindle head band to prevent the wrench from slipping off, and almost all components are available as replacement parts through a time-saving order process supported by a numbering system. The hydraulic spindle series 8-0 is specifically intended for particularly tight parts, alongside the auxiliary hydraulic ram series 9, which can also be used for tight components. The standard pulling hook allows for quick adjustment capability and features parallel pulling hooks that can operate in every position, even under full load. The pulling hooks offer infinitely variable adjustment on the cross-beam and optimal spindle adjustment to the shaft through a two-sided spindle tip (ball and tip) along with a mechanical pressure screw. The specially treated milled thread ensures smooth operation, while the three-arm design evenly distributes load and securely holds the part to be removed. It is crucial that the sliding parts of the pulling hooks sit stably and fully on the cross-beam, and that the pulling hooks support surfaces are straight and positioned fully beneath the part to be removed. Users should adhere to a step-by-step process when removing multiple parts, avoiding the simultaneous removal of several components, and must refrain from using electrical or pneumatic servo screwdrivers or hammer drills. A protective blanket and protective goggles are required during operation. The dimensions include a necessary space of 2 5/8 inches next to the setup area.
