The kit is designed for removing bearings, gears, discs, and other components, featuring a manual adjustment knurl that facilitates rapid loosening and adjusting of the extractor jaws on the cross-beam without requiring a wrench. It includes standard pulling hooks with quick adjusting capability (Quick Adjust) and offers parallel pulling hooks that can be adjusted in every position, even under full load. The pulling hooks are equipped with infinitely variable adjustment on the cross-beam, allowing for optimal spindle alignment to the shaft, facilitated by a two-sided spindle tip (ball and tip). A mechanical pressure screw and a milled thread treated with a special coating enhance durability. The three-arm design ensures even load distribution and secure holding of the part being removed, while the sliding parts of the pulling hooks must always sit stably and fully on the cross-beam. Additionally, the hydraulic spindle series 8-0 and the auxiliary hydraulic ram series 9 are included for handling particularly tight parts. The kit contains replacement components that can be efficiently ordered thanks to a numbering system. Note that pressure pads from series 600-17 are recommended for hollow shafts where the spindle cannot be supported. Proper safety measures include the use of protective goggles and a protective blanket, and it is advised to follow a step-by-step process when removing multiple parts. Maximum space required below the puller is 3/8" and the spread used internally is 2 3/4".
