The kit is designed for removing bearings, gears, discs, and other components in tight or difficult-to-access spaces. It includes thin pulling hooks suitable for narrow locations, a manual adjustment knurl for rapid loosening and adjusting of the extractor jaws on the cross-beam without the need for a wrench, and jaw extensions for variable reach. The pulling hooks can be turned for both internal and external use and are suitable for asymmetric workpieces. The spindle head band prevents the wrench from slipping off, while almost all components are available as replacement parts, supported by a convenient numbering system for time-saving orders. The thin pulling hook features quick adjusting capability, allowing for parallel pulling in every position even under full load, with infinitely variable adjustment on the cross-beam. To optimize the spindle adjustment to the shaft, it includes a 2-sided spindle tip (ball and tip) and a mechanical pressure screw with a milled thread treated with a special coating. The three-arm design ensures even load distribution and secure holding of the part to be removed. For situations with inadequate space, a 2-jaw puller series 20+S is recommended for optimal force distribution. It is crucial that the pulling hooks' sliding parts sit stably and fully on the cross-beam, and a step-by-step process should be followed when removing multiple parts simultaneously. The pulling hooks’ support surfaces must be straight and fully beneath the part to be removed, and the use of electrical or pneumatic servo screwdrivers or hammer drills is prohibited. Proper safety equipment, including a protective blanket and goggles, is required.
