This kit is designed for removing bearings, gears, discs, and other components in tight or difficult-to-access spaces, featuring thin pulling hooks that are suitable for such locations. It includes a manual adjustment knurl for rapid loosening and adjusting of the extractor jaws on the cross-beam without requiring a wrench. The kit allows for installation on various pulling hooks with variable reach thanks to jaw extensions, and the pulling hooks can be used both internally and externally by turning them, making them suitable for pulling asymmetric workpieces. It comes equipped with a spindle head band that prevents the wrench from slipping off, and almost all components are available as replacement parts with a time-saving order process thanks to a numbering system. A notable feature includes the quick adjusting capability of the thin pulling hook and parallel pulling hooks, which maintain stability even under full load. The pulling hooks offer infinitely variable adjustment on the cross-beam for optimal spindle adjustment to the shaft through a two-sided spindle tip (ball and tip) and a mechanical pressure screw with a milled thread treated with a special coating. The three-arm design ensures even load distribution and secure holding of the part being removed. For situations with limited space, it is recommended to use a 2-jaw puller series 20+S for optimal force distribution. It is crucial that the pulling hooks’ sliding parts sit stably and fully on the cross-beam, and if multiple parts need removal, a step-by-step process should be followed without removing several parts simultaneously. The pulling hooks' support surfaces must be straight and completely beneath the part to be removed. The use of electrical or pneumatic servo screwdrivers or hammer drills is not permitted, and the use of protective blankets and goggles is required.
