The double-edged nut splitter model exerts twice the normal splitting force on irretrievable nuts in quality classes 5, 6, and 8, allowing for one operation through a double cutting action. The design enables splitting nuts without damaging the threaded bolt, featuring wear and corrosion protection thanks to a tin coating. The kit includes a practical package for universal use, complete with a very sharp cutting chisel finished with tin coating to increase hardness and improve friction properties for more effective cutting with less applied force. The set accommodates nut sizes ranging from 10 mm to 36 mm and includes two hardened chisel cutting edges, a replacement chisel, and two ring spanners for operating the nut splitter. Instructions are provided on the cover, and secure storage is ensured in special foam. The splitting chisels are recognized as wearing parts, and blunt, pitted, or broken chisels must be replaced immediately. The use of electrical or pneumatic servo screwdrivers or hammer drills is not recommended, and the use of a protective blanket and protective goggles is required. The dimensions include a length without spindle of 109 mm and 134 mm, a cutting width of the chisel at 14 mm and 16 mm, and compatibility with nut sizes of 6 mm to 24 mm and 10 mm to 36 mm.
