The kit for extracting cylinder liners includes almost all components available as replacement parts and features a time-saving order process thanks to its numbering system, making it a complete and easy-to-manage package. It is compatible with the KUKKO L-BOXX system and systems from all common manufacturers. The kit incorporates three expansion elements that guarantee optimal adaptation of the internal extractor to various applications. The friction resistance of the counter support nuts is minimized due to the built-in pressure bearing (sizes 2 to 5). The counter supports, equipped with support struts, are particularly suited for large cylinder liners and ball bearings, ensuring stable assembly during the extraction process. Key features include a mechanical pressure screw, a milled thread treated with a special coating, and instructions conveniently located on the cover. The storage is secure with special foam, and a personal KUKKO chip code is included. Users are advised not to use any electrical or pneumatic servo screwdrivers or hammer drills, and protective gear such as a blanket and goggles is required. The dimensions include a distance of the side screw (metric) of 85 - 250 mm, a depth of the side screw of 4 7/8 - 9 7/8", depth of the side screw (metric) of 125 - 250 mm, and an inner diameter of the ball bearing (metric) of 60 - 155 mm, with a maximum load capacity of 7T.
