This universal puller kit is designed for efficiently removing transmission gears, bearings, pinions, and synchronizer bodies, making it ideal for use in the commercial vehicle sector. Its strong construction ensures high performance and a long service life. The pullers can be utilized both externally and internally by turning the pulling hooks, and a manual adjustment knurl allows for rapid loosening and adjusting of the extractor jaws on the cross-beam without requiring a wrench. The kit includes basic equipment for both 2-arm and 3-arm pullers, equipped with two variants of pulling hooks, and optional jaw extensions that can increase clamping depth up to a maximum of 600 mm for the 2-arm puller and 450 mm for the 3-arm puller. The two-arm version enables space-saving operation, while the three-arm version ensures even load distribution for secure holding. The design allows for parallel pulling hooks under full load, gently pulling the part without damage. The 2-arm puller's cross-bar features a hexagonal profile to facilitate counterholding with a wrench, and the spindle heads are designed to prevent slippage during use. The kit is compliant with the KUKKO-L-BOXX system and includes a new front handle for enhanced portability. Depth ranges from 150 mm to 600 mm, internal spread is within 100 mm to 260 mm, with a maximum torque of 150 Nm and a maximum load capacity of 6 tons. Length of the spindle is 14 8/5 inches, with additional spindle lengths of 355 mm and 220 mm.
