The grooved ball bearing puller kit is designed to remove grooved ball bearings without damage and without dismantling the shaft. This self-tensioning puller features an easy-to-handle design with a limited number of components, allowing for straightforward use. It includes pulling jaws that can be mounted with a 90° rotation in the cross-beam, providing a secure, form-fitting connection. The kit consists of only two types of pulling jaws, which are machined with lateral surfaces to ensure optimal alignment with the cross-beam. Magnets under the cross-beam facilitate the mounting of support rings on the ball bearing, while a spindle head band prevents the wrench from slipping. The puller enables non-contact removal when used in conjunction with a slide hammer, efficiently handling ball bearings located on a shaft and in a casing. The pulling jaws are specifically designed for precise mounting in bearing tracks, enhancing support and extension force, and feature a two-part construction with dowel pins for durability. The color-coded pulling jaws are tempered for longevity, and the innovative cross-beam design allows for secure retention of the removed part, coupled with a mechanical pressure spindle and rounded spindle head compatible with slide hammer use. The kit includes instructions and a conversion table within the cover, ensuring secure storage in a custom foam insert. The support ring diameter ranges from 3/4" to 1 1/2", the outer diameter of the ball bearing varies from 26 to 52 mm, the hexagon drive (male) measures 13, and the counter-pressure pad accommodates ball bearing extraction from 10 to 42 mm.
