This kit is designed for the removal of small bearings, gears, discs, and similar components in tight or difficult-to-access spaces, making it particularly suitable for applications in vehicle electrical equipment, electrical workshops, and compressed air repair processes. The kit includes thin pulling hooks that are ideal for narrow locations and features automatic self-centering pulling hooks, ensuring even load distribution and secure holding of parts during removal. It employs a three-arm design and a mechanical pressure screw with a milled thread treated with a special coating for durability. If adequate space is not available around the part being removed, a 2-jaw puller is recommended. Safety precautions include the use of a protective blanket and protective goggles. The kit has a maximum load capacity of 1.5 metric tons, with a minimum space requirement of 3/16" (5 mm) below the part, a spread of 10 - 60 mm, and a depth of 50 mm. The adjacent space required is 3/4" (17 mm). Almost all components are available as replacement parts, with an efficient ordering process facilitated by a numbering system.
