The kit is designed for the removal of bearings, gears, discs, and similar components, featuring a spindle head band that prevents the wrench from slipping off. It includes almost all components available as replacement parts, facilitating a time-saving order process thanks to a numbering system. The standard pulling hook and automatic self-centering pulling hooks provide a three-arm design that ensures load distribution is even, securely holding the part to be removed. The spindle can be optimally adjusted to the shaft with a two-sided spindle tip (ball and tip) and features a mechanical pressure screw with a milled thread treated with a special coating. It is crucial that the pulling hooks' sliding parts sit stably and fully on the cross-beam, and when multiple parts must be removed, a step-by-step process should always be followed to avoid simultaneous removals. The pulling hooks' support surfaces must be straight and fully positioned beneath the part being removed. The use of electrical or pneumatic servo screwdrivers or hammer drills is strictly prohibited, and the use of a protective blanket and goggles is required. The specifications include a space below for a 3/8" hexagon drive (male) with a metric depth of 17mm, and a maximum load capacity of 6 tons, with a 10mm space below, 30mm space next to it, and a spread range of 18 to 120mm in addition to a space next to it of 1 3/16". The maximum torque is rated at 120Nm.
