Product Details
The kit is designed for removing bearings, gears, discs, and similar components, featuring a spindle head band that prevents the wrench from slipping off. It includes a standard pulling hook and automatic self-centering pulling hooks, with a three-arm design that ensures even load distribution and secure holding of the part being removed. The spindle is optimally adjustable to the shaft with a two-sided spindle tip (ball and tip) and utilizes a mechanical pressure screw. The milled thread is treated with a special coating. The pulling hooks' sliding parts must sit stably and fully on the cross-beam, and when removing multiple parts, a step-by-step process must be followed, ensuring that the pulling hooks' support surfaces are straight and properly positioned beneath the part. It is important to avoid the use of electrical or pneumatic servo screwdrivers or hammer drills, and protective gear such as a blanket and goggles are required. The specifications include a hexagon drive (male) of 19mm, with a metric space of 32mm next to it, a 1/2" space below, a metric depth of 12mm, a metric spread of 160mm adjustable from 23mm to 160mm, a maximum torque of 180Nm, and a maximum load of 8T.
