The blankets are designed for a variety of materials, including biofuels and food and beverage, offering consistent heating during colder months. They incorporate patented heat grid nanocarbon heating technology that enhances temperature within the first 20 minutes of operation while reducing electrical current. The automatic GFCI device integrated into the blanket ensures a safe heating method for both the product and the contractor. Constructed from NFPA-certified flame-retardant vinyl with welded seams, these blankets are resistant to scuffs, UV rays, water, and other harsh elements. They feature heavy-duty foil-faced, high thermal efficiency closed-cell foam insulation that directs heat accurately. Users can control the temperature precisely to their set point with an optional temperature control module or rely on the factory-set self-regulation. Additionally, a proprietary strain relief cord entry seals the power cord entry to minimize wire stress. The blankets utilize the heaviest (18 oz) diagonally woven UV resistant nylon materials available. They are NRTL recognized for safety and operate at 120VAC. The product comes with a 2-year limited warranty.
