The blankets are designed for a diverse range of materials, including biofuels and food and beverage products, providing even and continuous heating during cold months. They feature patented Heat Grid Nanocarbon heating technology that rapidly increases temperature within the first 20 minutes of operation, while the electrical current decreases. An automatic GFCI device is integrated into the blanket for enhanced safety for both the product and the contractor. Constructed from NFPA-certified flame-retardant vinyl, the seams are welded for durability, and the material is resistant to scuffs, UV rays, water, and other harsh elements. Heavy-duty foil-faced, high thermal efficiency closed-cell foam insulation effectively directs heat to target areas. The temperature can be accurately controlled to a specified set point using an optional temperature control module, or it can be factory-set to self-regulate. Additionally, a proprietary strain relief cord entry seals the power cord area and minimizes wire stress. Made with 18 oz diagonally woven UV resistant nylon, these blankets meet NRTL safety standards and operate at 120VAC. They come with a 2-year limited warranty.
