The blankets are designed for a variety of materials, including biofuels and food and beverage products, providing even and continuous heating during cold months. They utilize patented heat grid nanocarbon heating technology, which allows for increased temperature within the first 20 minutes while decreasing electrical current. An automatic GFCI device ensures safe heating for both products and contractors. The blankets are suitable for various types of containers made from plastic, fiber, and metal. Constructed from NFPA-certified flame-retardant vinyl with welded seams, they are resistant to scuffs, UV rays, water, and harsh environmental conditions. The heavy-duty foil-faced, high thermal efficiency closed-cell foam insulation effectively directs heat. Temperature control can be achieved with an optional temperature control module or is factory set for self-regulation. A proprietary strain relief cord entry minimizes wire stress, while the blankets are constructed with 18oz diagonally woven UV resistant nylon, the heaviest among competing brands. For secure usage, adjustable nylon retaining straps and quick release nickel-plated buckles are included. The product is NRTL recognized for safety, operates at 120VAC, and comes with a 2-year limited warranty.
