The blankets are designed for a wide range of materials including biofuels and food and beverage, providing even and continuous heating during cold months. They feature patented heat grid nanocarbon heating technology that increases temperature within the first 20 minutes of operation while the electrical current decreases. An automatic GFCI device integrated into the blanket ensures a safe heating method for both the product and the contractor. The product is suitable for various plastic, fiber, and metal containers and is constructed from NFPA-certified flame-retardant vinyl welded at the seams. It is resistant to scuffs, UV rays, water, and harsh elements, and includes heavy-duty foil-faced, high thermal efficiency closed-cell foam insulation that directs heat precisely to the desired location. Users can control the temperature to their set point with an optional temperature control module, or it can be factory set to self-regulate. A proprietary strain relief cord entry seals the power cord entry, reducing wire stress. The blankets are made from the heaviest (18oz) diagonally woven UV resistant nylon materials available. They are secured with adjustable nylon retaining straps and quick release nickel-plated buckles, and are NRTL recognized for safety. The product operates on 120VAC and comes with a 2-year limited warranty.
