The 500ml filters are designed with an expanded 90mm diameter membrane to enhance flow and minimize clogs, resulting in faster filtration. Each bottle top filter has easy-to-read molded graduation marks, ensuring precise measurements. The filters feature bold printed membrane and pore sizes for straightforward identification, complemented by a curved bottle design for improved handling. Every bottle top comes with a printed lot number and expiration date, adding to the product's quality assurance. Enhanced filter support allows for quicker flow rates, while the angled hose barb adapter accommodates three hose diameter sizes and prevents tipping. The filter employs a polyethersulfone (PES) membrane, known for its high flow and low binding characteristics. The 0.10µm PES membrane is specifically suitable for mycoplasma removal, the 0.22µm PES membrane is preferred for sterile filtration of cell culture media, and the 0.45µm PES membrane is optimal for solution clarification. Each filter system includes a bottle top filter and a solution bottle with a cap, with the bottle top filter also available separately.
