The kit is designed to fit standard GL 45 threaded glass vacuum bottles and includes both hydrophilic nylon and hydrophobic PTFE membranes. The polypropylene housing offers excellent chemical resistance compared to polystyrene, ensuring durability and reliability in various applications. The high temperature range from 4°C to 37°C makes it suitable for numerous uses. The hydrophilic nylon membrane exhibits outstanding chemical compatibility with esters, bases, and alcohols, and is convenient as it does not require pre-wetting. Meanwhile, the hydrophobic PTFE membrane demonstrates excellent temperature resistance and is effective for clarifying aqueous samples as well as filtering strong acid and alkali solvents.
