The Grade 1 Extra Heavy Duty Contractor Quality® leverset meets or exceeds federal ADA requirements and includes a UL latch bolt standard for every function with a 1/2" throw. It features large 3-1/2" diameter roses suitable for new or replacement installations and comes with a standard 4-7/8" ANSI strike for each lock. This product is UL listed and has a 3-hour fire rating with a 2-3/4" backset commercial latch. Built with extra heavy cylindrical construction, it is designed for long-wearing durable use and features extra heavy duty mounting plates that are resistant to attack. Additionally, it includes a 6 pin tumbler with an SC-1 keyway, pinned 5, and mounting studs to prevent chassis rotation from heavy torque applied to the outside lever. The leverset accepts LORI, DOM, or Medeco Convert-A-Lock cylinders, and the outside cylinder can be easily removed for simple cylinder rekeying. Lastly, it features a dead locking latch on all keyed leversets and is presented in a polished brass finish.
