The Grade 1 Extra Heavy Duty Contractor Quality® leverset is designed to meet or exceed federal ADA requirements and features a UL latch bolt standard for every function, with a 1/2" throw. The leverset includes large 3 1/2" diameter roses suitable for both new and replacement installations, accompanied by a standard 4-7/8" ANSI strike for each lock. It is UL listed, 3-hour fire rated, and comes with a 2-3/4" backset commercial latch constructed of extra heavy cylindrical materials for enhanced durability. The mounting plates are extra heavy duty and resistant to attack, while the 6 pin tumbler with SC-1 keyway is pinned 5. Additionally, the design includes mounting studs to prevent chassis rotation from heavy torque applied to the outside lever. The leverset accepts LORI, DOM, or Medeco Convert-A-Lock cylinders, allowing for easy removal of the outside cylinder for straightforward cylinder rekeying. It features a dead locking latch on all keyed leversets and is finished in oil rubbed bronze.
