The Grade 1 Extra Heavy Duty Contractor Quality® leverset is engineered to meet or exceed Federal ADA requirements and features a UL latch bolt standard for every function, with a 1/2" throw. It includes large 3 1/2" diameter roses suitable for both new and replacement installations, along with a standard 4-7/8" ANSI strike for each lock. This product is UL listed and 3-hour fire rated, equipped with a 2-3/4" backset commercial latch and constructed for durability with extra heavy cylindrical construction. The extra heavy duty mounting plates are designed to resist attack, while the 6 pin tumbler, SC-1 keyway, pinned 5, and mounting studs ensure stable installation and prevent chassis rotation from heavy torque on the outside lever. Additionally, the leverset accepts Lori, Dom, or Medeco Convert-A-Lock cylinders, and the outside cylinder can be easily removed for straightforward rekeying. Features include a dead locking latch on all keyed leversets and a sophisticated dull chrome finish.
