FrogTape® 250 light blue is a performance grade, medium-high adhesion masking tape designed for use in moderate temperatures within the transportation and metal fabrication industries. It can withstand temperatures up to 250 F for durations of up to 30 minutes, making it a reliable masking solution that ensures consistent paint lines and clean removal. This tape features excellent adhesion to various surfaces including metal, rubber, plastic, and fiberglass, and it is resistant to water, solvents, and gel coats. The clean, flat edges help achieve sharper paint lines, while its high conformability allows it to navigate curves and contours seamlessly. The tape is easy to unwind and guarantees residue-free removal. Additionally, it is UV-resistant for up to 3 days and boasts a strong, smooth crepe paper backing that is both tear- and sliver-resistant, utilizing a rubber-based adhesive. It does not incorporate PaintBlock® technology.
