3M™ Scotch-Brite™ Roloc™ EXL Unitized Wheel TR measures 3" x NH and is composed of compressed, non-woven fiber construction with uniform grain distribution, utilizing Aluminum Oxide 2A Medium. This wheel is designed to produce consistent, professional results for applications such as weld polishing, deburring aircraft parts, and blending and finishing various metals, plastics, and composites. The EXL material, available in higher densities, offers aggressive cutting power for effective deburring of edges and corners while minimizing damage to the part. The lower density options are soft and conformable, ideal for finishing contoured surfaces. This unitized wheel features the 3M™ Roloc™ quick release system, enabling quick and easy disc changes while allowing the use of both the edge and surface without interrupting mounting hardware. Available grades include fine, medium, and coarse, and the Roloc discs are designed for rapid attachment to a Roloc™ disc pad, facilitating convenient disc changes for different tasks or multi-step finishing processes. The Roloc system ensures a secure attachment for heavy-duty applications, and the combination of abrasives with non-woven nylon or synthetic fibers delivers consistent performance throughout the product's life.
