This disc features a durable, non-woven fiber construction with open-web material that runs cool and resists loading, enabling prolonged operation and consistent finishing through evenly distributed aluminum oxide abrasives, known for their high cut-rate, hardness, strength, and low heat retention. The aluminum oxide mineral self-fractures to expose fresh cutting edges during use, making it suitable for woodworking and metalworking applications, including ferrous alloys.
