The 3M™ Scotch-Brite™ Light Deburring Wheel measures 12" x 2" x 5" and features fine grade silicon carbide 7S abrasive, which is a synthetic mineral known for its sharpness and suitability for low-pressure applications such as paint preparation. This wheel is designed for applications requiring moderate conformability and density to maintain critical tolerances while delivering a fine polished finish. It incorporates a unique resin system that minimizes smearing and heat build-up, running cool and resisting loading thanks to its non-woven open-web nylon fiber construction. This construction reduces the risk of part discoloration and warping and extends the wheel's lifespan by limiting clogging of abrasive fibers.
