The 3M™ Roloc™ Disc 361F is a 3" diameter disc featuring aluminum oxide P100 grit, known for its fast cut-rate and long life due to the self-fracturing abrasive that exposes fresh cutting edges. This disc utilizes aluminum oxide, a durable mineral suited for grinding, sanding, and finishing a wide variety of materials including ferrous alloys in woodworking and metalworking. It incorporates a heat-resistant resin binding agent that securely adheres the abrasive to the cloth backing, ensuring bond stability under high heat and pressure. The cloth backing provides durability and flexibility, making these discs ideal for metalworking and heavy wood stock removal. The 361F discs are compatible with 3M™ Roloc™ attachment systems TSM, TR, TP, and TS; discs should be selected according to the attachment design suitable for the intended system.
