3M™ ROLOC™ Disc 361F is a 1-1/2" diameter TR aluminum oxide abrasive disc with P100 grit, designed for fast cut-rate and long life. The aluminum oxide abrasive is durable and self-fracturing, exposing fresh cutting edges ideal for grinding, sanding, and finishing applications on a wide variety of materials including ferrous alloys used in woodworking and metalworking. The disc features a heat-resistant resin binder that maintains bond stability under high heat and pressure, and a cloth backing known for durability and flexibility, making it suitable for metal or heavy wood stock removal. The 3M™ ROLOC™ Disc 361F is compatible with ROLOC attachment systems TSM, TR, TP, and TS, requiring selection of the appropriate disc for each system. Typical applications include blending, deburring, edge beveling, flat area finishing, grinding, metal prep before painting, weld removal, and metal fabrication finishing. The product is used primarily in the metal fabrication industry.
