The 3M™ Roloc™ Disc 361F is a 4" diameter disc featuring aluminum oxide 80 grit abrasive, known for its fast cut-rate and long life due to its self-fracturing properties that expose fresh cutting edges. The disc uses heat-resistant resin as a binding agent to securely adhere the abrasive to the cloth backing, maintaining bond stability under high heat and pressure. The cloth backing provides durability and flexibility, making it suitable for metalworking and heavy wood stock removal. This disc is compatible with 3M™ Roloc™ attachment systems TSM, TR, TP, and TS, and should be selected specifically for the correct system. It is designed for blending, deburring, edge beveling, working flat areas, grinding, prepping metal before painting, weld removal, and finishing metal fabrication.
