The 3M™ 60440209066 Roloc™ Disc 361F features a 2" diameter and is made with TR aluminum oxide in a 60 grit finish. This disc is designed for a variety of applications including blending, deburring, edge beveling, grinding, prepping metal prior to painting, weld removal, and finishing in metal fabrication industries. The aluminum oxide abrasive offers a fast cut-rate and long service life, as it self-fractures to reveal fresh cutting edges while traditional natural abrasives dull more quickly, making it suitable for both woodworking and metalworking applications, including ferrous alloys. The heat-resistant resin serves as a bonding agent that ensures stability under high heat or pressure, while the cloth backing provides durability and flexibility, making it ideal for metal work and heavy wood stock removal. The 3M™ Roloc™ Disc 361F is compatible with the Roloc attachment systems TSM, TR, TP, and TS, allowing users to select discs based on the correct attachment design.
