3M™ Roloc™ disc 361F is a 1-1/2" diameter disc featuring an aluminum oxide abrasive with a P120 grit, known for its fast cut-rate, long life, and suitability for a wide variety of materials including ferrous alloys in woodworking and metalworking. The abrasive self-fractures to expose fresh cutting edges, providing superior durability compared to traditional natural abrasives. The disc uses a heat-resistant resin bonding agent that securely adheres the abrasive to the cloth backing, maintaining bond stability under high heat and pressure conditions. Cloth-backed discs offer both durability and flexibility, suitable for metal work and heavy wood stock removal. The 361F is compatible with 3M™ Roloc™ attachment systems TSM, TR, TP, and TS, and must be selected according to the correct system attachment design. Typical applications include blending, deburring, edge beveling, grinding, prepping metal prior to painting, weld removal, and finishing in metal fabrication industries.
