The 3M™ ROLOC™ Disc 777F is a 1-1/2" diameter resin-bonded disc featuring TR ceramic 36 grit designed to withstand high heat and pressure, with a grinding aid that reduces temperatures to protect heat-sensitive alloys such as stainless steel and nickel alloys. It incorporates 3M™ ceramic abrasive grain, a ceramic mineral that enhances toughness and hardness, blended with aluminum oxide mineral to improve performance. The ceramic aluminum oxide blend provides superior cut-rate and durability compared to standard aluminum oxide abrasives, making it suitable for moderate to heavy stock removal and intense heat and stress applications. The disc is compatible with 3M™ ROLOC™ attachment systems including TSM, TR, TP, and TS, and must be selected according to the user's system. It is intended for applications such as blending, deburring, edge beveling, working on flat areas, grinding, weld removal, and finishing in metal fabrication industries.
