The 3M™ ROLOC™ Disc 777F is a 1-1/2" diameter resin-bonded ceramic abrasive disc with P120 grit, designed to withstand high heat and pressure. The grinding aid on the disc reduces grinding temperatures to protect heat-sensitive alloys such as stainless steel and nickel alloys. The 3M™ ceramic abrasive grain enhances toughness and hardness, and the aluminum oxide mineral blend increases performance by providing one of the hardest, longest-lasting abrasives available. This ceramic aluminum oxide blend is ideal for moderate to heavy stock removal, capable of cutting fast and handling intense heat and stress, surpassing standard aluminum oxide abrasives in cut rate and durability. The 3M™ ROLOC™ Disc 777F is compatible with ROLOC attachment systems TSM, TR, TP, and TS, with discs available according to the specific attachment design required. Typical applications include blending, deburring, edge beveling, grinding flat areas, weld removal, and finishing in metal fabrication industries.
