The Scotch-Brite™ Roloc™ SC surface conditioning disc is designed for versatile tasks such as blending, deburring, and finishing, utilizing an open-web fiber that runs cool and resists loading while incorporating abrasives that provide a high cut-rate for consistent finishing. This disc is available with silicon carbide or aluminum oxide abrasive mineral options; silicon carbide is ideal for low-pressure applications like paint prep due to its sharpness, while aluminum oxide offers a hard, blocky structure providing high cut-rate and durability. The 3M™ Roloc™ quick change system enables convenient disc changes, with each small disc attaching securely to a Roloc™ disc pad (sold separately) for seamless transitions between applications. Each disc is color-coded for easy identification of grade, enhancing usability across different tasks. Scotch-Brite™ surface conditioning products feature abrasives integrated into non-woven nylon or synthetic fibers, promoting consistent results throughout the product's lifespan. The load-resistant fibers minimize clogging, extending disc longevity and maintaining high performance levels during applications such as blending, cleaning, contour finishing, deburring, and general finishing.
