The 3M™ Stikit™ cloth disc roll 341D measures 5 inches in diameter and contains 100 adhesive-backed aluminum oxide discs with a P120 grit. These discs are designed for heavy stock removal on wood, metal, composites, and solid surface materials, featuring a heavy X-weight cloth backing with a resin bond to prolong disc life under high heat and pressure conditions. The fast-cutting aluminum oxide grain provides continuous cut and long-life performance across various substrates and is well-suited for grinding, sanding, and finishing on ferrous alloys and other materials. The discs are pressure sensitive adhesive-coated for easy attachment to a 3M Stikit backup pad, facilitating quick grade changes without leaving residue. The cloth backing’s durability and self-fracturing abrasive increase efficiency, and the roll format eliminates the need for liners. These discs are compatible with disc sanders, random orbital sanders, and stationary disc sanders, and are intended for applications including blending, deburring, flat areas, grinding, orbital sanding, random orbital sanding, and metal fabrication.
