The 3M™ 60440196289 Stikit™ Cloth Disc Roll 341D features 100 adhesive-backed aluminum oxide discs, each measuring 5 inches in diameter, designed for a variety of applications including blending, deburring, grinding, and orbital sanding, particularly in metal fabrication and primary wood and panel processing industries. These discs are constructed with a heavy X-weight cloth backing and a resin bond, enhancing disc longevity in high heat and high pressure scenarios. The fast-cutting aluminum oxide grain allows for quick, continuous cutting and long-lasting performance across various substrates. The Stikit™ backing simplifies attachment to backup pads, allowing for swift grade changes while providing easy removal without residue. This durable abrasive material self-fractures to maintain cutting efficiency, making it suitable for diverse materials, including ferrous alloys. The discs are pre-coated with pressure-sensitive adhesive for straightforward application, and the roll design facilitates quick access without the need for a liner. For optimal use, it is recommended to pair the Stikit discs with a compatible 3M Stikit backup pad, sold separately.
