The 3M™ Scotch-Brite™ Roloc™ Disc SE-DR has a 4" diameter and features aluminum oxide abrasive on a conductive rigid substrate (CRS) grit. The open-web fiber design runs cool and resists loading, while the aluminum oxide abrasives provide a high cut-rate for consistent finishing. The 3M™ Roloc™ attachment system allows quick and easy disc change-out, making this disc ideal for heavy-duty deburring and finishing applications. The aluminum oxide mineral is durable, self-fracturing to expose fresh cutting edges, and is suitable for a wide variety of substrates including ferrous alloys in woodworking and metalworking. The Roloc™ TR, TS, and TSM quick change discs attach easily to a Roloc™ disc pad (sold separately) for convenient disc changing and multi-step finishing processes, with secure attachment even in heavy-duty use. Color-coding identifies the grade of each disc for easy selection. Scotch-Brite™ surface conditioning products incorporate abrasives into non-woven nylon or synthetic fibers, creating an abrasive system that delivers consistent results throughout the product’s life.
