The kit is designed for removing bearings, gears, discs, and similar components, utilizing sales and workshop stands that allow for the safe storage and presentation of 2-jaw pullers. It features a standard pulling hook with quick adjusting capability, parallel pulling hooks that can be positioned at any angle even when under full load, and hooks that offer infinitely variable adjustment on the cross-beam. The spindle is optimally adjusted to the shaft with a two-sided spindle tip (ball and tip) and a mechanical pressure screw. The milled thread is treated with a special coating for durability. The two-arm design allows for space-saving operation, and a manual adjustment knurl enables rapid loosening and adjustment of the extractor jaws on the cross-beam without the need for a wrench. The kit is adaptable for various pulling hooks with variable reach made possible by jaw extensions. The turning capability of the pulling hooks supports both internal and external use, making it suitable for pulling asymmetric workpieces. Additionally, the spindle head band prevents the wrench from slipping off, while the cross-beam features a hexagonal profile for enhanced grip. Most components are available as replacement parts, and the time-saving order process is facilitated by a numbering system. The hydraulic spindle series 8-0 is included for particularly tight parts, while the auxiliary hydraulic ram series 9 can be used for similar applications from a specific puller size. Stability support is available from the optional series 219 clamp, and pressure pads from series 600-17 are recommended as an enhancement when dealing with hollow shafts that cannot support the spindle.
