The kit is designed for pulling particularly tight bearings, gears, discs, and similar components, featuring grease hydraulics and a standard pulling hook with quick adjusting capability. It includes parallel pulling hooks that can be positioned in every configuration, even under full load, and offers infinitely variable adjustment on the cross-beam. The extractor utilizes a hydraulic and mechanical pressure screw, with a milled thread treated with a special coating. The three-arm design ensures even load distribution, securely holding the part to be removed, allowing easy pulling of tight parts. A manual adjustment knurl facilitates rapid loosening and adjustment of the extractor jaws on the cross-beam without the need for a wrench. The system allows for optional conversion to various jaw types for mechanical use and adjustable depth through jaw extensions, available up to a puller size of -30. The pulling hooks can be turned for both internal and external usage, making it suitable for asymmetric workpieces. Additionally, a spindle head band prevents the wrench from slipping off, and almost all components are available as replacement parts, supported by a time-saving order process thanks to a numbering system. Notably, pressure pads from series 600-17 are recommended for use when the shaft is hollow and the spindle cannot be supported.
