Makrofol DE 7-2 Velvet-Fine Matte Polycarbonate Film is a translucent polycarbonate film designed to minimize pinholing while providing a unique combination of low gloss and enhanced abrasion resistance. This textured film features a velvet first surface and a very fine matte second surface, available in thicknesses ranging from .005" to .030". It offers dazzle-free, scratch-resistant characteristics similar to Makrofol 6-2, but with a coarser velvet texture on one side. The film meets UL94 VTM-2 and FMVSS 302 certifications, making it comparable to Lexan 8B38 in terms of performance.
