Linen phenolic grade LE (linen electrical grade) is designed to offer good mechanical and electrical strength, making it suitable for intricate high-strength parts. It has a continuous operating temperature of 250°F and meets NEMA LE standards for electrical grade linen phenolic rods. These rods are produced as "sheet rod," which is centerless ground from LE sheets. Additionally, a special order "rolled and molded" grade is available, though it typically incurs a longer lead-time and a higher price.
